Getting Started
We offer a free initial 10-minute phone consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit. It’s also an opportunity for you to share what’s on your mind and ask any questions you may have. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held on a weekly basis at the same time each week. We are occasionally able to offer reduced rates—feel free to reach out for more information.
